My modem is a zyxel 660-elnk. I have followed the steps on this site for my modem in order to open ports. However when I test the ports at canyouseeme.org, it says connection timed out, and yougetsignal they say port blocked.
I believe I have set up a static IP correctly (or else I wouldn't connect to the net I presume.) I have opened the ports in windows firewall, tried disabling windows firewall, etc. No changes. I do not have any other firewall that I am aware of.
The only other thing worth mentioning is that at canyouseeme, the ports I open on my modem, it says connection timed out, however if I test ports that I did not open, it says port is blocked.
Is it possible that one of windows services is interfering or required for port forwarding?
Currently I'm just trying to open port 6112 to see if I can even open ports appropriately. Any help is appreciated.

Quick question, is the device that connects me to the internet called a router or a modem or are they interchangeable? (I only have one box, the zyxel that I plug into)
I should note that the "portcheckertool" from this site shows my ports are open. However the various sites (canyouseeme yougetsignal etc) out there show they are not.
#1 At canyouseeme.org it says "error: I could not see your service, reason: connection timed out" if I test any port I have opened in my zyxel. It says ""error: I could not see your service, reason: connection refused" if I test any other port (those I did not attempt to open). #2 Yes that is my router/modem/thing. #3 192.168.1.33 to 192.168.1.65 #4 I attempted to forward to 192.168.1.100
