P-2601HN-F1 Wont open ports

hi , i need help with this weird router,
its an P-2061HN-F1 from Zyxel
Firmware V3.10(BLV.4)b1_20101109
it got same User Interface of P-2602H-D1A

Except at Network->NAT its a bit difference i dont know what to do with internal and external IP , and more, i tried to forward 6112-6119 but still it blocks it , Firewall of router and myself is off ,   Eset Nod got Interactive mode to Allow incomming Connections,

i dont know what to do!
Must i use my internal IP or router IP to place it at Server IP?

#1 Check the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, and DNS Server(s) on your computer.

a) For example if you are on Windows XP, go to Start -> Run

b) Type in cmd and press enter.

c) In the window, called the command prompt, type in ipconfig /all and press enter.

#2 Is the Default Gateway the same as the LAN IP of your router?

#3 In the router go to the screen that looks something like this



#4 In the router at the screen you should see the same IP Address that is at portforward.com

#5 In the router go to Network -> DHCP Server.

#6 What is the DHCP Range?

#7 In the router go to Management -> UPnP

#8 If you do not have at least two game consoles behind this router, turn off UPnP in the router.

By game console, a special type of computer with no keyboard or mouse (and it/they are usually connected to a TV).
